This Privacy Policy is drawn from the Terms and Conditions of E-PUBANA NIGERIA LIMITED (“Store” / “E-Pubana”) and explains how user information is handled on www.pubana.com and the E-Pubana mobile applications.

By accessing or using the E-Pubana online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Who we are

E-PUBANA Store is a multi-functional platform of online sellers and buyers. The store serves as the intermediary between the sellers and the buyers. Seller and Buyer would have no physical interface. Seller shall only deal directly with the store and in the name of the store (E-PUBANA).

E-PUBANA NIGERIA LTD. shall be referred to as “Store” and “E-Pubana” concurrently.

2. Information you provide

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

To post products on the Store’s platform, sellers shall first register with accurate and complete information. The information supplied by the seller shall undergo verifications before it would be confirmed for the seller to have access to the E-Pubana online Store and this could take 24 hours.

Buyers are required to fill all the necessary and correct details in the application.

To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information of the products they desire to purchase.

3. How we use information

The Store uses information you provide to:

• verify seller applications and grant access to the online Store;
• process purchases, payments and remittances;
• notify buyers by email or phone messages of successful payment and of delivery of purchased items;
• notify buyers of pickup availability and date where the pickup option is chosen;
• notify the Store’s delivery team communications regarding delivery date and estimated time of delivery (ETD);
• inform sellers when a product is purchased and paid for;
• handle seller complaints through the Store's experts and support team;
• notify users of changes to these Terms through e-mails, text, WhatsApp and other means as registered by the users.

4. Seller and buyer separation

Sellers interact only with E-Pubana Store as the Sole seller. Buyers shall only interact with E-Pubana Store as the sole seller.

Sellers shall never be linked to buyers at any time but shall have their whole transactions only with E-Pubana Store at all times. Any post trying to suggest address, phone numbers and/or any means of contacting the buyers behind the Store shall be blocked and regarded as a breach of the Terms and Conditions and this could lead to appropriate legal action being taken against defaulting seller.

5. Payment information

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using an approved payment method as specified on the website and the applications.

Payment shall be remitted to the Seller within 24 hours after all verifications has been done on the product purchased and payment for the product confirmed. However, this shall depend on the receiving bank.

6. Security and data protection

The Store shall take reasonable measures to protect user's data.

7. Account termination

The Store reserves the right to terminate or suspend customer accounts or access to the Store without notice.

Buyers with the intention of defrauding the Store shall summarily be blacklisted and blocked from using the Store Application and if necessary serious legal action shall be taken against such suspected buyers including criminal prosecution.

Any Seller who displays any item for sale with the intention of perpetrating fraud shall be summarily blacklisted and delisted from the Store's sellers’ platform and shall never be restored to E-Pubana.

8. Changes

The Store reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through e-mails, text, WhatsApp and other means as registered by the users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through dispute resolution process and the Courts of Law with requisite jurisdiction as the case may be.
